This is not generic career coaching.

It is a diagnostic of your actual Swiss job search.

General advice about applying in Switzerland rarely looks at what you are actually doing: which roles you target, what you send, who responds and where the process stops. The Diagnostic starts from that evidence.

You bring your real search. I look at where opportunities are being lost and tell you what the evidence points to, instead of handing you a generic checklist.

Who this is for

For people who already have a Swiss job search to analyse.

  • You are getting interviews, but they are not turning into offers.
  • You have sent dozens of applications and can no longer tell whether the problem is your CV, positioning, target roles or application strategy.
  • You are unsure whether the roles you are targeting are actually realistic for your profile in Switzerland.
  • You have changed your CV or LinkedIn several times, but the results have not meaningfully changed.
  • You don’t want to spend another three or six months applying the same way without knowing what is actually blocking your search.

What I analyse

Six parts of your real search, looked at together rather than one by one.

  1. Target roles

Whether the roles and seniority you are aiming for match your profile and what Swiss employers actually hire for.

  2. CV

How your CV reads to a Swiss employer: what it shows, what it leaves unclear and how well it supports the roles you target.

  3. LinkedIn positioning

Whether your profile supports the roles you apply for and tells the same story as your CV.

  4. Applications

The roles you actually applied for, how selectively you applied, and which applications generated or failed to generate interest.

  5. Response rate

What your application-to-response pattern reveals about where your search is breaking down.

  6. Interview results

Where you lose ground once you are in the process, and what that points to.

What you get

A session built around your search, not a standard presentation.

  • A 60-minute one-to-one diagnostic sessionFocused entirely on your Swiss job search, not a standard presentation or generic coaching session.
  • Analysis of your actual job searchI review your CV, LinkedIn positioning, target roles, applications and results together, not as isolated pieces.
  • A clear diagnosis of what is going wrongWe identify where opportunities are being lost and what the evidence from your search points to.
  • Clear priorities for what to change nextYou leave knowing what needs attention first and what is probably not the problem.

The Diagnostic is an analysis of your job search. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular result.

Who you will work with

I’m Rita Jurkute, an international business and operations professional based in Zurich, with experience hiring, building teams and working across European markets.

For the Diagnostic, I bring that hiring perspective together with hands-on experience of the Swiss job market to examine your actual search — not an idealised CV or a generic checklist.

We look at the evidence: what you are targeting, how you are positioning yourself, what you have tried, what response you are getting, and where the process is breaking down.

How is this different from the €23 Swiss Career Check?

The €23 Swiss Career Check is a self-service decision tool designed to help you assess whether the Swiss job market is realistic for your profile.

The €399 Diagnostic is a one-to-one analysis of a Swiss job search you are already running. I analyse what you are targeting, how you are positioning yourself, what you have tried, the response you are getting and where the process appears to be breaking down.
